PAPILLION, Neb. (WOWT) - Raheem Blue-Ellis, 12, was reported to have run away from his foster home in Papillion on Wednesday evening.

Raheem is described as a light-skinned black boy about 5-feet-1, weighing about 138 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and black sweatpants.

According to the release from the sheriff’s office, Raheem cut off an ankle monitoring device before leaving his foster home.

Authorities do not believe he is in danger or has been abducted, but anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Investigator Paschall at 402-350-0572.
