OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A second game has been postponed after the Huskers went on a pause Tuesday. Nebraska will not travel to Maryland for an 11 a.m. tip against the Terrapins Saturday.

The men’s basketball program started the pause after multiple people tested positive for COVID-19. They could be players, coaches, or any person who has regular close contact with the team. We are certain Fred Hoiberg is not one of the people who tested positive because he was at Bellevue West High School Tuesday night watching two of his sons play basketball.

First, the Huskers home game Wednesday night against Illinois was postponed. UNL is scheduled to play Minnesota a week from Wednesday.

The people who tested positive are in isolation.
