Several blocks of F Street in front of the business were shut down for around five hours.
6 News talked to several people at Phoenix Pools and Spas who witnessed at least part of the incident. They said they heard two popping sounds, followed by a pause and several more pops before seeing several people—including at least one All My Sons employee—running through the area.
Police said it appears to be an isolated incident, and that there was no ongoing threat to the public.
